OVERVIEW

1. Email your order to msnikkolette@gmail.com

2. You'll receive an invoice within 12hrs max.

3. Payment must be made within 24hrs.

4. If u need more time, simply email us.

5. No backing out allowed, or we'll blacklist you.

6. Your parcel will then be sent out within the next 2 working days.

ORDERING

Simply send in your order to msnikkolette@gmail.com

All emails will be replied withing 12hrs max.

Do remember to state these when ordering:

NAME, ITEM NAME & MEETUP/POSTAGE.

BLACKLISTING

Once blacklisted, we will not give priority for future posts.

Your email will also be posted up in a blacklisted page.

Priority meaning, if there are others that ordered the same thing as you did, we will give it to them first.
And if there is still stock, we will then invoice you.
So, please don't forget to email us if you are unable to make payment within 24hours.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be made within 24hours.

If you have difficulty and need more time, please do email us.

Please make sure you keep the ATM receipt,

untill we have verified your payment.

MAILING

Choose between REGISTERED, NORMAL & MEETUPS.
For postage options, parcels will only be sent out within the next 2 working days after payment has been verified.

Additional $2.50 on top of Normal Postage

Guarantee not to get lost as parcel can be tracked

NORMAL

$0.50 for each item

Postage price for bulky items like shoes, etc, will only be confirmed in the collection post itself.

We will not be held responsible if parcel gets lost if Normal Postage is opted for.

If you would like to have proof (A 20cents receipt from SingPost) that we posted out your parcel, please inform us before making payment.

MEETUP

Available only at OUTRAM MRT, no other places.
